And it does. Here's what I like about this product: after you stipple it carefully around the lip area, cover with usual make up, and then apply lipstick pencil and lipstick, you don't experience the lipstick feathering or bleed you usually do. You only need to use a little, and the product is removable with soap and water or make-up remover.

Here's what I think might be improved: the vendor indicates it's cruelty free, but the product and vendor are not signed up for any industry cruelty-free programs, and instead use their own derivative logos (minus one star) - the difference between verbiage and actual commitment. I hope this vendor makes the actual commitment soon.

I originally ordered this to help me map my eyebrows to speed up the time it takes me to do them. Personally, I found it more difficult to shape my eyebrows using the paste and ended up removing it. This was not the fault of the paste. I just found it easier to shape my brows when I could focus on their actual current shape. Luckily, I found another use for it! The white paste works great as a lip color neutralizer. I had a pink lipstick I bought previously that looked too orange on me. I applied this on my lips and then put the lipstick on top. The resulting color was pink! The paste itself is very easy to use and spread with a small flat brush. I've only tried the white paste so far, so my review is based on that one.
